Founders of AI Startup Virtual Sapiens Share Their Top Insights

Virtual Sapiens founder.

Any entrepreneur can tell you, launching a startup is a learning process. Therefore, one of the best things you can do prior to launching a startup of your own is to learn from those who have blazed the trail. Rachel Cossar and Neal Kaiser, founders of AI startup Virtual Sapiens, shared valuable insights during our interview that will inspire and motivate aspiring entrepreneurs.

What advice do you have for aspiring entrepreneurs?

“Know why you are doing this, write it down, and refer to it often. If you are not a writer, find someone you trust, tell them, and check-in with them often.”

What is the best method you've found to avoid burnout as an entrepreneur?

“Taking time off. Do it regularly.”

What is your advice for coming up with a unique startup idea?

“I think it's very hard to force a unique idea to materialize. I will say, however, that we are in a period of mass upheaval — or opportunity, depending on how you look at it. If you spot an opportunity to make a change, even if it's a small one, take it — you never know where it may lead.”

What is your advice for overcoming challenges and failure?

“There is a solution to every problem and failure is an inevitable part of finding the solution.”

What is the biggest lesson you learned and what can aspiring entrepreneurs take from it?

“Being true to where you are at in your journey and not letting the pressures of where other people may be get to you!”

What is the best advice you've ever received?

“Don't try to be the hero — if you need help, ask for it.”
