“Problems: Brands have biased opinions about how to communicate authentically with their target customer persona. These biased opinions leave customer loyalty and ROI on the table.

What Rad does: We use proprietary artificial intelligence to inform the creation, execution and optimization of marketing communication.

  1. We use our AI to validate and create campaign strategies.
  2. We use the AI to support, manage and guide the campaign activation.
  3. We take advantage of AI-informed feedback loops to guide new optimizations on designated marketing channels.”

“We envision a world where AI makes all communication more human.”

How did you come up with and validate your startup idea? Tell us the story!

“Trials through trials testing and deliberate iterations with product and customer adoption.”

“Venture capital, family office, private equity, and 3k private investors.”

Who is your target market? How did you determine this?

“Brands that spend $1 million+ a year on influencer marketing, process of commercial adoption, [and] understanding what types of customers buy our product.”

What was the biggest obstacle you encountered while launching your company? How did you overcome it?

“Getting commercial adoption, overcame by understanding why customers buy/don't buy product. Iterated on how we sell and adjusting product with feedback loops.”

What's your primary marketing strategy?

“Tradeshows, internal lead gen, blogs, email sequencing, industry lead gen, paid ads, full-funnel inbound marketing.”

How did you acquire your first 100 customers?

“Referrals, external and internal marketing.”

“Quantifiable ROI metrics predetermined by clients, engagement rates, performance patterns to brand and social channels, time and money saved on content creation.

“First company I owned was a medical benefits company, and it taught me ‘easy come easy go,’ and respect that needs to be had for earning a lot of money.”

What is your #1 piece of advice for startup founders?

“Nobody knows anything. Don't start a company unless you're incredibly resilient and persistent.”

What is your advice for entrepreneurs seeking funding for the first time?

“Do a crowdfunding campaign or seek institutional funding support and get good at articulating your story. Don't expect anyone else to make your own dreams happen. You're only as good as the thing you're doing.”
