Founder of AI Startup LGN Shares Their Top Insights

LGN co-founder Daniel Warner.

Any entrepreneur can tell you, launching a startup is a learning process. Therefore, one of the best things you can do prior to launching a startup of your own is to learn from those who have blazed the trail. Daniel Warner, founder of AI startup LGN, shared valuable insights during our interview that will inspire and motivate aspiring entrepreneurs.

What advice do you have for aspiring entrepreneurs?

“Run the race at your pace.  Don’t forget the world is bigger than start-up books, learn from cultures and beliefs that align with your core.”

What is the best method you’ve found to avoid burnout as an entrepreneur?

“It’s said that ‘Choose a job you love, and you’ll never have to work a day in your life.’ It’s only half true. Know yourself, know when to power through the pain and when a reset will result in exponentially better results after.”

What is your advice for coming up with a unique startup idea?

“Surround yourself with diverse and brilliant people.  Stay open.  Listen intensely.  Shower often.”

What is your advice for overcoming challenges and failure?

“The worst day you’ll ever have will come to an end just like any other day.  It can suck. You can be hurt and tired, but just get up again the next day.”

What is the biggest lesson you learned and what can aspiring entrepreneurs take from it?

“‘The more I know, the more I realize I know nothing.’ Never stop absorbing; stay humble.  If you’re the smartest person in the room, get the hell out!”

What is the best advice you’ve ever received?

“Some will blow out your candle just to make their own appear brighter.”
