Any entrepreneur can tell you, launching a startup is a learning process. Therefore, one of the best things you can do prior to launching a startup of your own is to learn from those who have blazed the trail. Soham Kathuria, founder of wellness startup GoHappy Club, shared valuable insights during our interview that will inspire and motivate aspiring entrepreneurs.
Business Insights From the Founder of GoHappy Club
What is your #1 piece of advice for startup founders?
“My advice to all the founders is to keep a check on your KPIs, and if those are not growing, you have to re-assess and change something. A ‘never quit’ attitude would not work here.”
What is the best method you’ve found to avoid burnout as an entrepreneur?
“Follow a workout regime and do what you enjoy whenever you get time.”
What is your advice for coming up with a unique startup idea?
“You should start implementing the same. Everyone has got the ideas, it is all about implementation.”
What is your advice for overcoming challenges and failure?
“I would advise to learn from challenges and failures, and there is no success without them.”
What is the biggest lesson you learned and what can aspiring entrepreneurs take from it?
“It may sound cliche, but the biggest lesson I learnt is to spend 10 minutes of your day in the morning to prepare a schedule to follow in a day and keep on closing items one by one based on priority.”
