What is your #1 piece of advice for startup founders?

“Validate your ideas and solutions with your users. The more validation you have, the better the solution will be.”

What is the best method you’ve found to avoid burnout as an entrepreneur?

“Balance between small and big tasks. Split the workload with your team and be playful with what you do. Again, we all playing the big game. Trust in yourself and be a better version of yourself.”

What is your advice for coming up with a unique startup idea?

“Ideas cost nothing. The solution is everything. Think [about] what is unique in your solution and how to make it compete with the competitors. Be simple and try to provide value as sooner as you can.”

What is your advice for overcoming challenges and failure?

“Failures may come. If that happened – bring your attention to the solution. How to deal with this problem? What is our action plan? Strategy? Move your attention to the solutions. You can analyze why something happened as a next step.”

What is the biggest lesson you learned and what can aspiring entrepreneurs take from it?

“Invest into your team. But be ready to have Plan B. People come, and people go. Your vision should remain the same.”
