Insights From the Co-Founder of Mental Healthcare Startup Circles

Circles co-founder.

Any entrepreneur can tell you, launching a startup is a learning process. Therefore, one of the best things you can do prior to launching a startup of your own is to learn from those who have blazed the trail. We were fortunate enough to hear some valuable insights during our interview with Irad Eichler of Circles that will inspire, motivate, and teach aspiring and established entrepreneurs alike.

What advice do you have for aspiring entrepreneurs?

“Go as fast as possible to the market, get signals, talk to your users, and learn from there. You will shape your product based on what you learn rather than your initial thoughts, and you’ll be better for it.”

What is your advice for entrepreneurs in your industry specifically?

“Therapy is not the only solution. You can build support systems that [aren’t] the traditional route of therapy.”

What is your advice for coming up with a unique startup idea?

“Take a step back and look at the world, and assess what the world needs. Find a need or problem that you’re passionate about fixing, and go from there.”

What is your advice for overcoming challenges and failure?

“There aren’t any challenges and failures. There’s only reality and how you look at it. There are actions and reactions, and you learn from there.”

What is the biggest lesson you learned and what can aspiring entrepreneurs take from it?

“It’s all about the people that you work with. If your team has a great synergy and is passionate and dedicated to your mission, the possibilities are endless with where you can take your product.”
