Bitrix24 CRM Reviews

Software review platforms such as TrustRadius and G2 are excellent resources for researching unbiased feedback on CRM software. On TrustRadius, Bitrix24 CRM has an average rating of 8.3 out of 10 across 92 reviews and ratings.

Here are some verified reviews from TrustRadius by people who used Bitrix24 CRM:

“I believe it suits well for small/medium companies with processes that are not too complex. The product is robust (so many different features) and I believe it is a great option for projects that demand a lot of communication, collaboration, content sharing, etc. Projects that are more oriented to sales management/CRM activities may not be totally supported depending on each process/its complexity/need of integration with other databases or systems. We never used the self-hosted version, only the cloud one.”

“It is used as a CRM, email, and task & project management. Bitrix24 unifies using multiple applications into one beautiful, easy-to-use program. Opening, closing, and switching into different applications uses more time than one program that can do it all. It saves time, and computer resources too.”

“It's a bit much if all you're looking for is a base CRM. It's a great tool for larger teams who need to create quotes and invoices and manage tasks and projects and tie it in with their CRM data.”

Most Bitrix24 CRM reviews agree that Bitrix24 is best suited for small to medium-sized companies. At the same time, though, Bitrix24’s abundance of tools and features makes it a somewhat difficult platform for sales teams to master.

For every Bitrix24 CRM review praising the CRM’s wealth of capabilities and features, there’s another saying that all those features make the CRM difficult to use. Which camp you fall into will likely depend on whether or not your company actually needs all of the features that Bitrix24 offers.

How Does Bitrix24 CRM Compare?

There are plenty of competitors out there that offer CRM software for startups. One of the more popular is Zoho. We find that Bitrix24 compares to Zoho in the following ways:

Pricing

It’s a little tricky to compare the pricing of Bitrix24 versus the pricing of Zoho CRM since Bitrix24 offers flat-rate pricing plans while Zoho charges per user. With Zoho, you’ll have the option to choose between four different pricing plans that range in cost from $14 per user per month to $52 per user per month.

Unless you only have one or two users, though, Bitrix24 is going to be considerably more affordable than Zoho. For example, the Bitrix24 Standard plan supports up to 50 users and costs just $99 per month. 50 users on even Zoho’s most basic plan, meanwhile, would cost $700 per month.

Features

With both Zoho and Bitrix24, the exact features you get will depend on the plan that you choose. Across all of its pricing plans, though, Bitrix24 offers an impressive range of features. From a website builder to sales and marketing automation features to advanced task management tools, Bitrix24 offers no shortage of bang for your buck.

With that said, all of the tools and features offered by Bitrix24 are best suited for smaller teams and businesses. For larger enterprises looking for a solution to run their entire business, Zoho and its long list of powerful automation features is likely the better choice.

Ease of Use

Both Zoho CRM and Bitrix24 require a bit of a learning curve to get comfortable with the software. This is largely due to the sheer amount of tools and features that both CRMs offer. Since Bitrix24 is marketed as an affordable starter CRM for small businesses, though, it’s a little more of an issue than it is for Zoho’s more advanced CRM.

On G2, Bitrix24 has an average ease of use score of 7.9 out of 10, while Zoho CRM has an average ease of use score of 8.1 out of 10. For ease of setup, Bitrix24 has a score of 7.5 out of 10 compared to Zoho’s score of 7.7 out of 10.

Integrations

There are an impressive number of integrations available on the Bitrix24 app marketplace, including integrations with Dropbox, Gmail, Mailchimp, and Docusign. However, Bitrix24 doesn't offer as many integrations as Zoho CRM, which offers 500 different extensions as well as the ability to create custom integrations with Zoho Flow.

Customization

One of the factors that make Zoho CRM better than Bitrix24 for larger organizations is that Zoho provides far more room for customization and flexibility. While Bitrix24 does offer some customization features, such as the ability to create custom fields, it's much more of a “one size fits all” solution compared to Zoho’s highly-customizable and adaptable CRM.

Reporting and Analytics

Bitrix24 offers several reporting and analytics features that are available even on the free version of the CRM. This includes features such as automatic customer journey tracking and a sales intelligence widget that shows how many calls and emails your website generates. Upper-tier plans, meanwhile, offer features such as traffic analysis, analytical reports, and offline ad tracking.

Zoho, meanwhile, is renowned for its powerful analytics features and is powered by artificial intelligence that enables the CRM to generate automated insights, predict future trends, set up smart alerts, and much more.

Customer Support

Bitrix24 offers live chat technical support on all but its Free plan. Email support is available on all plans. Zoho likewise offers email support with all plans and live chat support on its Professional, Enterprise, and Ultimate plans.

On G2, Bitrix24 has an average quality of support rating of 7.7 out of 10, while Zoho CRM has an average quality of support rating of 7.7 out of 10.

Final Thoughts on Bitrix24 CRM

For its price, Bitrix24 certainly offers an impressive range of features. If you're simply looking for a basic starter CRM, you may find all of Bitrix24’s features to be a little overwhelming.

Likewise, Bitrix24 isn’t as well-suited for larger organizations as more advanced CRMs such as Zoho. For smaller companies that are looking for more than just a basic CRM, though, Bitrix24 is an excellent option to consider.
