Founder of SaaS Startup Qreuz Shares Their Top Insights

Qreuz co-founder.

Any entrepreneur can tell you, launching a startup is a learning process. Therefore, one of the best things you can do prior to launching a startup of your own is to learn from those who have blazed the trail. Matthias Reinholz, founder of SaaS startup Qreuz, shared valuable insights during our interview that will inspire and motivate aspiring entrepreneurs.

What advice do you have for aspiring entrepreneurs?

“Do it. You can only learn from experience. Invest one day in building an MVP around your idea and start to talk to potential customers. Their feedback is the best guide for your business.”

What is the best method you’ve found to avoid burnout as an entrepreneur?

“For me, it is doing what I love. I could not invest so much of myself into a product or service without roots in my heart.”

What is your advice for coming up with a unique startup idea?

“There are no unique ideas. You will always find somebody with similar thoughts. And that’s a great thing. Because if there is no competition, there is no market. Uniqueness in the context of startup ideas sometimes simply means to bring in your personality or your personal background.”

What is your advice for overcoming challenges and failure?

“Rephrase the word ‘failure’ into ‘learning.’”

What is the biggest lesson you learned and what can aspiring entrepreneurs take from it?

“Talk to customers. Early. Before anything else. It is not about building a perfect product. It is not about crafting the best pitch deck and contacting the highest number of investors. Customer feedback and interaction is the core of a successful startup.”
