Interview With Jash Mehta
Describe your product or service & the problem it's solving:
“At Pop & Bottle, we are redefining your daily coffee ritual to be more purposeful, nourishing, and gratifying — a moment of indulgence, an act of self-care.”
How did you come up with and validate your startup idea? Tell us the story!
“Inspired by the farm-to-table culture of California cuisine and a belief in the power of plant-based eating, they sought to apply this ethos to their most beloved daily ritual -- their morning latte. As coffee lovers who also prioritized health, the two friends asked themselves why nothing on the grocery store shelves met their standards: clean label, dairy-free, no refined sugar, and organic. Jash co-founded Pop & Bottle from a genuine desire to create quality coffee and tea beverages she wanted in her own life — and make them available to the millions of people who share in her passion for clean, healthful, high-integrity products.”
Who is your target market? How did you determine this, and what strategies did you use to reach and engage them?
“A feminine driven brand that is redefining daily latte ritual into one that is purposefully nourishing and gratifying: a moment of indulgence an act of self-care.”

What is something that surprised you about entrepreneurship?
“Having it all is not easy and is a dream ideal. Important to put everything into perspective and work with your partner and have strong communication about how you are doing.”
What is your #1 piece of advice for startup founders?
“Treats everyone with trust and acknowledgment that everyone else has lives to live too. Surround yourself with people who see your vision, but can help attain realistic goals too.”
