What advice do you have for aspiring entrepreneurs?

“Stick to what you believe in and let your passion lead your success. There isn’t a singular formula for success. Everyone’s success is different; yours will be defined by YOU.”

What is the best method you've found to avoid burnout as an entrepreneur?

“My favorites are listening to music, running on the beach, and going out with a few great friends.”

What is your advice for coming up with a unique startup idea?

“Great ideas are outside-of-the-box and challenging, and when you ask others about them, they think you’re crazy. Go for those. But remember that ideas alone won’t make it. Make sure you know how to run a company. Even the most original idea isn’t worth anything without proper execution.”

What is your advice for overcoming challenges and failure?

“There isn’t a singular piece of advice: challenges and failures are all part of an entrepreneur’s success story. No one can claim to be successful without failing at least a few times. Accept that you will fail and fail a lot.”

What is the biggest lesson you learned and what can aspiring entrepreneurs take from it?

“If you can’t face the fact that you’ve made mistakes, it will be extremely difficult to succeed. No one will want to work with you. Coming to terms with your past failures and with your capacity to fail is the first step. You also have to be okay with not drawing attention to yourself and acknowledging that you are not always right.”
