Founder of VR Startup CREAL Shares Their Top Insights

CREAL founder and team.

Any entrepreneur can tell you, launching a startup is a learning process. Therefore, one of the best things you can do prior to launching a startup of your own is to learn from those who have blazed the trail. We were fortunate enough to hear some valuable insights during our interview with Tomas Sluka of CREAL that will inspire, motivate, and teach aspiring and established entrepreneurs alike.

What advice do you have for aspiring entrepreneurs?

“Do all you can in order to feel in our consciousness that you are doing maximum and the best you can. Go the extra mile. It can still be wrong and lead to failure, but there is nothing more you could do.”

What is the best method you've found to avoid burnout as an entrepreneur?

“Find the right people that can unload responsibilities from you and handle them usually much better than you.”

What is your advice for coming up with a unique startup idea?

“Identify a problem that personally bothers you and try to solve it for everyone. It can also be something that is established as a status quo, but that can be done more efficiently/better.”

What is your advice for overcoming challenges and failure?

“The same as the first answer: Do all you can in order to feel in our consciousness that you are doing the maximum and the best you can. Go the extra mile. It can still be wrong and lead to failure, but there is nothing more you could do.”

What is the biggest lesson you learned and what can aspiring entrepreneurs take from it?

“It's all about people.”

What is the best advice you've ever received?

“One super practical and tangible: ‘Do a great video’ that introduces what you do. I really think that it helped a lot.”
