I mentioned briefly earlier that both of these companies have several hundred reviews available to read online, and they also both have quite a few satisfied customers. On the other hand, there are also some important differences that make Nextiva my preference in this area.
Grasshopper has about 200 reviews across the web, and they’re split fairly evenly between positive and critical.
Their happy clients compliment Grasshopper’s ease of use, and discuss how well the service suits businesses that need multiple phone lines or extensions. However, there are also some unsatisfied customers who have problems with a confusing voicemail system, or the occasional billing issue.

At the end of the day, I prefer Nextiva for small companies that only require 1-2 phone lines, while Grasshopper would be my choice to supply a larger corporation with phone service.
