These minutes packages start at 100 in their baseline package, all the way up to 10,000 with their top-tier plan. One of RingCentral’s biggest selling points is in their software integrations, as their platform works seamlessly with Google, Microsoft, Dropbox, Salesforce, Zendesk, and more of the most popular software solutions on the market today. On the other hand, they don’t get the greatest customer reviews, and many of their clients have issues with the way they outsource their customer service.
3. Talkroute - $19-99/month
Talkroute doesn’t have the same level of experience that any of the previously mentioned service providers do, but they’ve built up a dedicated customer base of their own since opening in 2013. Their prices for business phone service start at just $19, which is even more impressive when you consider the fact that they have a flat-rate pricing model. It’s no big surprise that Talkroute doesn’t have a high volume of customer reviews, but the few dozen they do have are overwhelmingly positive. The one major downside of their service is that they provide only web-based support for customers who purchase their Basic ($19/month) or Plus ($39) packages. You are only entitled to phone support if you subscribe to their top-tier Pro package ($59).
