“Venture and angels.”

“21 [team members].”
Did you always want to start your own business? What made you want to become an entrepreneur?
“I've been starting businesses since 14 years of age.”
How did you come up with your startup idea? How did you decide to actually act on the idea? What gave you confidence that you were on the right track?
“It was a long path, ultimately this software [was] built out of a need for personal use and solved for real problems. Only after a true product-market fit did we open it up for a wider market.”
How did you come up with your company name? Did you have other names you considered?
“We have a complete solution for field workers — we strive to be the only software they will ever need to run their business.”

What is the greatest challenge you faced in starting your business, and how did you overcome it?
“I've had to move to a different country, cut back on my spending significantly, and put up my own cash to jump-start this project.”

“Your local contractor.”

“Product led growth/subcontracting.”
How did you acquire your first 100 customers?
“Via network effects and word of mouth.”

“Number of Jobs completed on the platform, number of homes serviced across the US.”
What's your favorite book on entrepreneurship?
“The Hard Thing About Hard Things.”

“How much you can influence others through your journey.”
How do you achieve work/life balance as a founder?
“I don't, and you should not be a founder if you are optimizing for that.”

“A good plan — five-year, one-year, one-month, one-week, one-day. Envision what you will be in five years every day.”
Did you have to develop any habits that helped lead you to success? If so, what are they?
“Keep a physical journal, there is some dopamine kick when you [journal].”
What are you most proud of as an entrepreneur?
“I am proud of building a world-class team. Proper culture is what everyone preaches but is rarely achieved.”
